As a DBHDD employee, you have access to a wide array of available learning and professional development offerings. You have the opportunity to take charge of your own learning and professional development.

 

My Learning Portal: This will take you over to our new Learning Management System (LMS) where, among many things, you can view your learning transcripts, complete required training, or search the training catalog to chart your own career path. You will need your employee ID and password to access the LMS. You will be redirected to My Learning Portal to access the professional development e-learning courses

 

Professional Developmen E-Learning: Here you can learn about and register for professional development  e-learning courses 24x7, from any PC!

 

Learning Library: Visit the Learning Library to download white papers, check out books and manuals to support your professional development goals.
